MAD Energy’s project estimator Kurt was prompt and professional and gave us several options to allow us to plan the work to our budget and schedule! Project Manager Dickson kept us informed and updated so that the project moved ahead smoothly! MAD Energy’s installers A.J. and Curtis did a great job updating our electrical panel and installing exterior outlets for EV charging and additional exterior outlets. Vadim Pougatchev40 days agoI had a fantastic experience with MAD Energy NW! They sent out AJ to install a hardwired ChargePoint EV Charger and a whole-house surge protector. AJ arrived right on time and completed the entire installation quickly, neatly, and with total professionalism. Beyond the clean install, AJ took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did, how the systems work, and what to look out for. He even helped me set up my account, configure the charger, and showed me exactly how to use it. I am incredibly glad we chose MAD Energy NW and highly recommend them—ask for AJ if you can! I just want to share some more experience with MAD Energy NW. I contracted them for an additional project for me. I have a sump pump in the crawl space that was powered up by the original installer via an electric cord running outside of the house to the backyard power outlet. AJ and his colleague came and installed a dedicated electric line running from the breaker panel in the garage to the crawl space and connected the sump pump to it. They also installed the GFCI box for this line. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. Thank you, guys, again for your job done very well!+1Posted on Google

It was a joy and a pleasure having them in my home. While they installed my new solar system The price was very reasonable. Mike and AJ arrived early (which anyone with appointment windows can appreciate 🤩) and were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and detail-oriented. They even completed the initial on-site inspection via FaceTime, making the whole process easy and convenient. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working perfectly- including helping set up the charging app. Their work was high quality, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The quote was provided upfront based on photos and the information I submitted, so there was no need for an in-person estimate, which made the process very convenient. Everything was transparent and clearly explained from the start. The installation team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly.
