Where do I begin? I guess from the very beginning! When Kurt first came out to review our electrical panel and provide us with an estimate, he was incredibly thorough. He walked us through three different panel options and quotes, and he was able to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to us, especially since we don’t speak “electrical language.” 😂 Once we started receiving emails from Hailey, she was always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Carole was also wonderful and made sure to email me my receipt after I made the payment. Dickson—I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Project Manager! He was always available to answer our questions and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire project. And of course, a huge shoutout to Jessie and AJ! From the early-morning text messages letting us know they were on their way, to working hard throughout the day, they were absolutely amazing. Even when we had a hiccup with PSE, AJ and Jessie kept us informed and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Dickson, thank you also for providing us dinner! That was incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated. ❤️ Most importantly, thank you to AJ and Jessie for all the hard work and long hours you put into our project. We truly appreciate everything you did! I would 100% recommend MAD Energy to anyone looking for electrical work. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The customer service from quote to project management to installation to inspection was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the work was done efficiently and effectively. We spent the most time with AJ and Jessie, the electricians who came out to do the work. They were super polite and respectful, as well as personable and accommodating. Project Manager Dickson kept us informed and updated so that the project moved ahead smoothly! MAD Energy’s installers A.J. and Curtis did a great job updating our electrical panel and installing exterior outlets for EV charging and additional exterior outlets. Both A.J. and Curtis conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. The entire team was a pleasure to work with backed-up by Hailey keeping things together from the office! Vadim Pougatchev64 days agoI had a fantastic experience with MAD Energy NW! They sent out AJ to install a hardwired ChargePoint EV Charger and a whole-house surge protector. AJ arrived right on time and completed the entire installation quickly, neatly, and with total professionalism. Beyond the clean install, AJ took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did, how the systems work, and what to look out for. He even helped me set up my account, configure the charger, and showed me exactly how to use it. I am incredibly glad we chose MAD Energy NW and highly recommend them—ask for AJ if you can! I just want to share some more experience with MAD Energy NW. I contracted them for an additional project for me. I have a sump pump in the crawl space that was powered up by the original installer via an electric cord running outside of the house to the backyard power outlet. AJ and his colleague came and installed a dedicated electric line running from the breaker panel in the garage to the crawl space and connected the sump pump to it. They also installed the GFCI box for this line. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. Thank you, guys, again for your job done very well!+1Posted on Google

It was a joy and a pleasure having them in my home. While they installed my new solar system The price was very reasonable. Christine Hickey137 days agoMy experience with MAD Energy was amazing! I had them install a charger for my new EV after being referred by the dealership where I purchased my car. Mike and AJ arrived early (which anyone with appointment windows can appreciate 🤩) and were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and detail-oriented. They even completed the initial on-site inspection via FaceTime, making the whole process easy and convenient. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working perfectly- including helping set up the charging app. Their work was high quality, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
