Had issues with breaker not working in part of our home. Hailey was wonderful at getting a Rep out asap. Kurt came out same day and was awesome. Took his time to explain what issue was as well as fixed it. Highly recommend hands down! Will use again if ever needed.

Just had AJ out for a quote. Really nice, accommodating & understanding. Will call again with any future electrical needs.

UPDATE: I did call for additional electrical outlets to be installed. AJ communicated promptly about their needs for flexibility on the timing of our job & he & his apprentice did a great job understanding all the details needed.

Where do I begin? I guess from the very beginning!

When Kurt first came out to review our electrical panel and provide us with an estimate, he was incredibly thorough. He walked us through three different panel options and quotes, and he was able to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to us, especially since we don’t speak “electrical language.” 😂

Once we started receiving emails from Hailey, she was always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Carole was also wonderful and made sure to email me my receipt after I made the payment.

Dickson—I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Project Manager! He was always available to answer our questions and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire project.

And of course, a huge shoutout to Jessie and AJ! From the early-morning text messages letting us know they were on their way, to working hard throughout the day, they were absolutely amazing. Even when we had a hiccup with PSE, AJ and Jessie kept us informed and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.

Dickson, thank you also for providing us dinner! That was incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated. ❤️

Most importantly, thank you to AJ and Jessie for all the hard work and long hours you put into our project. We truly appreciate everything you did!

I would 100% recommend MAD Energy to anyone looking for electrical work. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of.

Thank you, MAD Energy, for making what could have been a stressful project such a great experience! 🙌❤️
Hope (Espy) Babauta

MAD Energy is great at what they do. The customer service from quote to project management to installation to inspection was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the work was done efficiently and effectively. We spent the most time with AJ and Jessie, the electricians who came out to do the work. They were super polite and respectful, as well as personable and accommodating. We will be using MAD for future needs. Highly recommend!

MAD Energy’s project estimator Kurt was prompt and professional and gave us several options to allow us to plan the work to our budget and schedule! Project Manager Dickson kept us informed and updated so that the project moved ahead smoothly! MAD Energy’s installers A.J. and Curtis did a great job updating our electrical panel and installing exterior outlets for EV charging and additional exterior outlets. Both A.J. and Curtis conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. The entire team was a pleasure to work with backed-up by Hailey keeping things together from the office! Thank you Mike! You are at the top of our list for our future electrical needs! 👍👏😁

I had a fantastic experience with MAD Energy NW! They sent out AJ to install a hardwired ChargePoint EV Charger and a whole-house surge protector. AJ arrived right on time and completed the entire installation quickly, neatly, and with total professionalism. Beyond the clean install, AJ took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did, how the systems work, and what to look out for. He even helped me set up my account, configure the charger, and showed me exactly how to use it. I am incredibly glad we chose MAD Energy NW and highly recommend them—ask for AJ if you can!

I just want to share some more experience with MAD Energy NW. I contracted them for an additional project for me. I have a sump pump in the crawl space that was powered up by the original installer via an electric cord running outside of the house to the backyard power outlet. AJ and his colleague came and installed a dedicated electric line running from the breaker panel in the garage to the crawl space and connected the sump pump to it. They also installed the GFCI box for this line. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. Thank you, guys, again for your job done very well!

MAD Energy was great to work with for an electric car charger. They worked fast and they even arranged for the city inspector to come. Everything was approved and their work looks great.

A wonderful experience so far! Paul H. provided great guidance for a PV system install. Eric R. answered all of my questions before the installation happened. Christian W. , Curtis B. and crew did an amazing equipment installation. Everyone was professional and punctual all the way through. Highly recommend!
